Why the 23rd is worth a table with the view
National Day in Dubai is a night of green: the Burj Khalifa has marked it with a light show in Saudi colours in recent years, and the Dubai Fountain runs below it through the evening. The terrace on Level 12 looks straight at both. Terrace tables are the ones to ask for — say "Saudi National Day, terrace" when you book and the team will place you facing the tower. Indoors, the dining room keeps the same Burj Khalifa view behind glass, with the air conditioning that late September still calls for.
Visiting from Saudi Arabia
Dubai is about two hours' flight from Riyadh and just over an hour from Dammam, which is why the National Day long weekend is one of the busiest of the year for Saudi guests in Downtown. NAZCAA is inside Address Dubai Mall, so guests staying at the hotel take the lift to Level 12; everyone else walks in through Dubai Mall or the hotel lobby. Book before you travel — the 23rd is a Wednesday, but the terrace fills the way a weekend does.
What's on the table
NAZCAA's cooking is Nikkei — Japanese precision with Peruvian soul. Cold-kitchen dishes like ceviche and tiradito open the meal, followed by sushi and maki from the counter, tempura, and robata dishes cooked over fire. Alongside the à la carte menu, the four-course Inca's Delight set menu runs every Sunday to Friday evening at AED 120 per person, which makes it the easy choice for a group who would rather celebrate than deliberate. The bar mixes Peruvian-inspired mocktails and fresh juices for tables that prefer them.

Getting there
NAZCAA is inside Address Dubai Mall — take the hotel lifts to Level 12. Valet is at the hotel entrance, Dubai Mall parking is a covered walk away, and the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro station connects to the mall by the air-conditioned link bridge.
