Inca’s Delight is a refined expression of Nikkei cuisine — a four-course journey bringing together the finest elements of Peruvian and Japanese culinary artistry.
Set against the Burj Khalifa and NAZCAA’s rooftop, each course is built for balance of taste, texture and presentation, and designed to be savoured slowly.
Served every day: Monday to Friday from 4 PM to 8 PM, Saturday and Sunday from 4 PM to 7 PM. AED 120 per person, or AED 100 per person with the Inca’s Pour pairing.
