Dubai's brunch culture runs on daylight — Friday and Saturday afternoons, the buffet, the day gone by four. NAZCAA's Saturday brunch starts when that one finishes. Noir Brunch runs every Saturday from 8:00 PM to 11:30 PM on Level 12 of Address Dubai Mall: Japanese–Peruvian sharing plates served in waves, a live DJ, and the Burj Khalifa lit from base to spire on the other side of the glass. If you have been searching for a Saturday night brunch in Dubai, this is it — and this page is where you book it. For the thinking behind a brunch after dark, read why NAZCAA does brunch at night.

The three packages
The food is the same across all three packages — the full Noir Brunch menu. What changes is what the table drinks:
- Soft — AED 250 per person. The full food experience with soft drinks.
- House — AED 350 per person. With the house beverage selection.
- Premium — AED 450 per person. With the premium selection from the bar.
How the evening runs
Arrive from 8:00 PM. The kitchen sends the menu out in waves for the whole table rather than plate by plate per person, so the pace stays social: cold-kitchen dishes like ceviche and tiradito first, then sushi and maki from the counter, tempura, and robata dishes cooked over fire — the same cooking as the Beyond Nikkei menu. The DJ plays through the evening. Service runs to 11:30 PM, and because it is Saturday the rooftop bar and lounge keep going until 3 AM. It is a brunch that starts your night rather than ending your day.
The setting
Level 12 of Address Dubai Mall puts the brunch directly opposite the Burj Khalifa, with the Dubai Fountain running below. Tables run across the open terrace and the dining room. In the cooler months the terrace is the seat to ask for; in high summer the dining room keeps the same view behind glass. If the Burj matters to your night — a birthday photo, a first visit to Dubai — say so when you book and the team will place you for the Burj Khalifa view.
Groups, birthdays and big tables
Saturday night brunch is where NAZCAA's birthday tables, anniversary dinners and farewell parties tend to land. Online booking covers tables of up to 8 guests. For anything larger — a table of ten, a terrace table for twelve, or the private room for up to twenty — message the team on WhatsApp and they will hold the space and pace the courses for the group. Tell them the occasion: a table with the view or a quieter corner is far easier to arrange ahead of a full Saturday.
Getting there
NAZCAA is inside Address Dubai Mall — take the hotel lifts to Level 12. Valet is at the hotel entrance, Dubai Mall parking is a covered walk away, and the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro station connects to the mall by the air-conditioned link bridge. The address, map and entrance details are on the contact page.
If Saturday doesn't work
