Our Peruvian Japanese set menu during Iftar is a celebration of variety and taste, featuring a wide variety including Wasabi Prawn Tempura, filling Kabocha Cream, Quinoa & Avocado, Chicken Karaage “Okonomiyaki Style”, Salmon Aburi Roll, Rib Eye Steak, Corn Fed Baby Chicken and other worldwide favorites. For dessert we have our refreshing Fruit platter and delectable Knafeh.
Nazcaa also boasts an exclusive vegetarian set menu Peruvian Japanese for Iftar, which includes flavorful Nasu Nu Ninniku Gyoza, Baby Corn and Asparagus Tempura, and mains bursting with flavors like the Japanese Kare & Eggplant Steak highlighting the vibrant and authentic fragrances and tastes of Japan. You can choose from the wide variety of dishes from the vegetarian and non-vegetarian menu crafted especially for Iftar.
You can enjoy the delicious flavors of the Wasabi Prawn Tempura that blends the delicate flavous of fresh prawn with the spicy hint of Wasabi and the crispiness of tempura. This dish offers bold flavors and the prawns are carefully selected to be fresh and succulent.
Lobster Togarashi Gyoza combines the opulence of lobster with the Japanese flair of gyoza dumplings. The flavors are further enhanced by the aromatic spice of togarshi seasoning.
