This concept is reflected in all dishes available. Royal Guard Ceviche combines delicate Hamachi with charred choclo and a luxurious ají amarillo emulsion. In turn, the Salmon Uzukuri is served with yuzu soya and a hint of jalapeño relish.
Nikkei Oysters with Ossetra caviar and coriander granita is an extremely luxurious yet refined choice on the menu. The robata grill section features Wagyu as the star ingredient in any form, be it the tomahawk cut, famous Wagyu Bao, or a variety of shared platters for a group of guests.
A Space Inspired by Mystery
The inspiration for the Nazcaa's design is derived from Peru's mysterious Nazca Lines, ancient markings in a desert that have been confusing historians for centuries. The same mystery lingers in the space.
Inside, the restaurant has an intimate atmosphere and a dining room that creates an ideal environment for prolonged conversation and sipping on exquisite cocktails. Outside, there's a terrace where one can enjoy views of the Burj Khalifa building while being mesmerized by the deep-house music played in the background.
