Some evenings deserve more than just dinner.

A day requires an ambience that can slow time, an assortment of delicious foods to enjoy, and a landscape that can remind one why Dubai is still one of the best cities in the world. This is what you get when you go for a special night brunch, which is known as the Noir Brunch at Nazcaa.

The Noir Brunch experience is set amidst a breathtaking panorama of Burj Khalifa and offers you everything you would love about the evening. Good food. Exciting cocktails. Great music. And all of that in an environment that has been designed just for you.

If you are seeking a brunch experience beyond a regular brunch experience on a weekday night, then consider Noir Brunch at Nazcaa.

What Is Noir Brunch?

The idea is simple. Simply take everything that brunch offers that people like: the leisurely pace, the sharing dishes, the feeling that the table belongs to them, no matter how much time they spend there, and bring it to the dinner hour.

Noir Brunch at Nazcaa is the dinner brunch in Dubai that caters to those who look not just for a nice dinner but also great food served with the best possible drinks within a setting where most of the work has been done for them, even before the guests decide what dishes to order.

The concept is quite informal and yet not too casual. For small groups, couples, or two people having a celebration, and even for groups of eight people willing to spend a nice Saturday evening together, Noir Brunch works.

A Rooftop with Burj Khalifa Views

First, let’s be realistic about the view since it really doesn’t matter.

The rooftop terrace at Nazcaa enjoys breathtaking views over Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard, located on the 12th floor and offering a direct line of sight to the Burj Khalifa tower. After the sun goes down and the city lights begin to glow, you would have trouble matching up against that sort of view from anywhere else. From the fountain below to the tower before you and even downtown Dubai, the skyline becomes your perfect dining room view.

A brunch atop a rooftop in Dubai overlooking the Burj Khalifa is rare to find, mostly because restaurants either provide one or the other but not both. That is simply not acceptable when you come to Nazcaa. Here, you do not have to settle for a great view while sacrificing good food or vice versa. Nikkei Flavours After Dark

Nazcaa’s menu is inspired by the culinary culture of Beyond Nikkei cuisine, which emerged after the Japanese started settling in Peru and began using indigenous produce, but from their perspective. The end result was a fusion of neither pure Japanese cuisine nor traditional Peruvian food, something strong, exact and unique. This is the whole idea of Noir Brunch.

From the first dish onwards, it’s all about cool. The Hirame Tiradito dish is minimalistic and elegant, sliced fish with a fresh taste, which will definitely make you concentrate on what you’re eating. In contrast, Royal Guard Tiradito features the Hamachi fish that is served in the special Aji Amarillo Leche de Tigre, or tiger’s milk marinade, infused with citrus notes and a slight warm sensation.

Next is the Wagyu Tataki, accompanied by Gomae sauce, caviar, black truffles, and Kirumame. In reality, it may seem indulgent; however, it is just that when presented on a plate without crossing over to excess. Along with these dishes, guests should look forward to the Ceviche and Robata-style grilling that adds layers of flavor to a menu already diverse with contrasts.

This is what a Nikkei brunch experience in Dubai looks like. Go all-inclusive with your orders and let the food come at its own pace.

The Bar: Signature Cocktails Done Properly

The bar at Nazcaa is not an afterthought. The cocktail programme draws directly from the same cultural collision that defines the food, Japanese precision meeting Peruvian character, and the results are drinks that feel considered rather than assembled. Signature cocktails come with theatrical presentation: the kind of pour that earns its moment before the first sip.

Sake pairings sit comfortably alongside the cold dishes. A well-built cocktail carries you through the Robata plates. The bar team knows the menu and can guide you through both. Free-flow options are available as part of the Noir Brunch experience.

What’s certain is that the drinks here are worth arriving early for. Settle into the terrace, take in the view, and start with something from the bar before the food arrives.

Ambiance and Entertainment

Nazcaa understands that atmosphere is half the meal. The roof offers a warm atmosphere even when it’s crowded. The lighting and colours are low, with the cityscape beyond the edge of the terrace creating a cosy atmosphere. The beginning of the evening starts with an easygoing atmosphere where the energy is conversation-friendly.

However, as the evening unfolds, a live DJ and captivating dancers gradually elevate the mood, bringing a dynamic energy to the rooftop without overwhelming the experience. With the passing hours, the atmosphere of the rooftop changes with the music into one that is classy yet lively.

This spot becomes the best destination for brunching during the weekend nights in Dubai, with music that everyone doesn’t want to leave.

Plan your evening accordingly.
