To ensure a seamless and memorable experience for all our guests, we have implemented the
following reservation policy for this special occasion:
PAYMENT TERMS
A full advance payment is mandatory for all New Year’s reservations. We request this payment to
confirm and secure your reservation
RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
Reservated seats will be on hold for 24h from the initial booking. The booking will be considered
confirmed once Nazcaa receives the full advance payment.
SEATING
Our seating is carefully allocated to ensure a delightful dining experience. While we strive to
accommodate special requests, specific tables or seating arrangements are subject to availability
and can’t be guaranteed.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
If you have any specific dietary requirements or special requests, please inform us at the time of booking, and we will do our utmost to accommodate your needs.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of a cancellation, a refund will be provided as follows:
Cancellations made up to 7 days after the reservation date: 100 % refund.
Cancellations made up to 15 days from the reservation date: 50 % refund.
Cancellations made after 15 days from the reservation date: No refund will be provided.
